Accessibility: using this site without a pointer or a lot of motion.

This statement describes how rodentcontrolmerrittisland.com is built, where it still falls short, and how to request the same information by telephone. It is a description of the current templates, not a certification mark.

What is already in the templates

Pages are static HTML with a language attribute, a skip link to the main landmark, one main region, and a heading order that does not skip levels. Primary navigation uses an accessible name, and the current section is marked with aria-current on supporting pages. Focusable controls keep a visible focus ring, including a lighter focus indicator on dark sections.

The navigation uses a small first-party script; the main page content is written in HTML. Fonts are the device's system stack; the site does not download a webfont that could flash or fail. Motion is limited to small transforms on buttons and cards, and those transforms are disabled when the system requests reduced motion. Text can enlarge with the browser zoom. Call buttons are ordinary telephone links, which Voice Control and the phone app can handle without a custom widget.

FAQ answers sit in native details and summary elements, which work from the keyboard. Tables used for specifications have captions and header cells. Illustrative images include alternative text describing the scene.

Known limits

On small screens, use the menu button to reach the service guides. The home link and footer navigation provide additional routes. A fixed call bar appears at the bottom of small screens; footer padding leaves space for the final links.

Service guides contain illustrative photographs. If an image or its alternative text does not communicate the information you need, include the page address when reporting the issue.

Color contrast was chosen for body copy on white, sand, and dark green surfaces. If a future edit puts small gray text on a tinted band, that pair should be retested. The site has not been formally audited against the latest Web Content Accessibility Guidelines by a third-party specialist. This page does not claim a conformance level.

Compatible in principle with

  • Current Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge on desktop and iOS
  • Keyboard-only use, including skip link and details disclosure
  • System zoom, dark-mode browser chrome, and reduced-motion settings
  • Common screen readers that read semantic HTML without a custom application

Requesting another format

If a page is unusable for you, call (321) 555-0147 and say which URL you were on and what blocked you. The same number is the call-connection line for rodent questions, so say at the start that you are calling about access to the website if that is the issue. There is no published email yet; do not expect a reply to an address that is not on this domain.

Reasonable help may include reading a section aloud, pointing you to a different page that covers the same topic in a shorter column, or connecting the call so you do not have to complete a form, because this site has no form to complete.

Feedback

Reports that name the page, the browser, and the assistive technology save time. We will not ask you to send a medical document to use the site. Changes that come out of a report belong in the HTML and CSS, then in a short note on this page with a new review date.

Technical choices on this page match the public templates. Legal conditions of use are on the terms page. Privacy of a telephone call is on the privacy page. The disclaimer states that this is not a licensed pest control operator.
